Under data protection laws, we are the data controller for this information — Calendly acts as a data processor on our behalf.
  • Payments: If you request a receipt or invoice, we may collect your email address or phone number in order to send it to you via Square (our payment processor). Again, we are the data controller, and Square acts as a data processor, handling the data securely according to their own privacy practices. We do not store this information separately from Square’s system.
  • Communication: Sometimes we share updates and dog walk photos using WhatsApp groups, which are created only with your permission. These groups are used only for direct communication related to your pet and not for marketing or promotions.
